FAQ's
Thank you for your interest and your time in learning more of my business. Your safety is important so I've included these answers to some questions that have popped up on several occasions. I hope the information below will suffice to give you peace of mind for a pleasant shopping experience.
Where and how do I print my clothing apparel?
Everything that you see available in the online Zenfulstyle store are produced in several parts of the country. I personally do not handle, package, or ship the products you purchase. I've invested in a network of professional printing companies that are located in various locations in the U.S. to provide you with a professionally printed product. The products are printed using the latest technology Direct-to-Garment or sublimation printing for a Wal-Mart-esque quality that we all love.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
The Printing company that I've chosen to fulfill your order does all that from their place of business. They prepare, print, fulfill, package and ship your order to you from their facility. I don't come within a mile of your purchase, unless it's shipped to Kykotsmovi and we're PO Box neighbors.
Is there a way I can pay with cash?
Yes. Just message me with what you would like to order and we can arrange a place to meet for payment arrangements. I've had several customers send their payment through the mail. One even went as far as sandwiching the bills between aluminum foil. I googled it and there is nothing stating that it's illegal to send money in the mail. Only if it's in the process of laundering is when it is illegal. I have a receipt book for those that wish for a receipt on their purchase. No problemo.
Where and how do you get your mugs printed?
I have slowly built my capabilities up over the past two years to produce quality prints of my art on dye sublimation compatible drinkware. I create the art, scan, edit and print the images seen on my coffee cups, water bottles and such personally in an undisclosed location. All hygiene guidelines are followed to ensure a clean and professional print. A quick operational flow of the production process goes like this. The art is created, once I'm satisfied with it, I'll scan and edit it electronically to ensure a clear and crisp result. The blank drinkware is ordered and shipped to me. These are kept in the original packaging from the vendor until I'm ready to print. The drinkware printing is done in a clean environment with a thorough sanitizing of the workspace before production is started. Each cup, mug, water bottle requires a temperature of 350-400 degrees for several minutes each depending on the specific drinkware application. After the heat portion, the printed product is placed in the open to cool off. Once cool, I repackage each, wearing a facemask and fresh clean sanitized hands, shaking open the plastic wrapping open, never blowing into it, and placing the item back in it's original packaging. I twist the plastic wrap closed to ensure it's protection from the atmospheric elements. These are then placed back into the cardboard box they were packaged in as well.
These are the main points I would like to cover for now. As always, feel free to message me if there is something you would like clarification on or something you see that I'm missing that I don't see. I would appreciate any and all comments, feedback, opinions, criticism, what have you. All will be received with the utmost respect and considered as an important element that can help me improve how I carry out this endeavor. You all are important not only for the business, but your encouragement, feedback and input is taken seriously. In my mind, you are helping me grow and you all are appreciated, in return, your safety and peace of mind is paramount in how I proceed with this. Kwa' kwah'!
